Web Design & Development Questions

How much does a professional WordPress partnership cost?

The investment for a custom, high-performance website depends entirely on the technical requirements of your business. A strategic brochure site, a complex WooCommerce engine, or a member-driven subscription platform all require different levels of engineering and strategy.

To ensure the highest quality of service and code integrity, most of my full-scale builds fall within the $2,500 to $10,000+ range.

I don't offer "budget" solutions because I don't cut corners on security, speed, or SEO. My goal is to build a reliable digital asset that serves your business for years, not a temporary fix. If you are looking for a professional-grade solution built by a specialist with a decade of experience, let’s start a conversation to determine the best path forward for your project.

Why do you only work with WordPress?

It’s impossible to be great at everything. I put 100% effort into WordPress because I love the platform. As of 2021, 40% of all Internet websites run WordPress.

Everything I do uses WordPress and often WooCommerce for e-commerce solutions.

How do you bill for web design projects?

I operate on an hourly billing system that ensures total transparency and efficiency. You only pay for the high-level expertise required for your specific needs, allowing us to focus on the technical goals that drive the most value for your business.

Can you migrate my website into production?
Absolutely! I have well over a decade of experience migrating WordPress websites into production, moving WordPress sites from one host to another, creating and using subdomains, working with registrars (like Go Daddy and Google) and much more. I also work with Cloudflare, CDNs, and proxies such as Sucuri.
What kinds of plugins do you use with WordPress?
While every project is unique, I utilize a core tech stack with proven reliability from over a decade of professional experience. For design work, I primarily use the newest version of the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes (Divi 5), and Elementor Pro. My choice for securing WordPress is most often All In One Security (AIOS). For SEO, Rank Math is my go-to solution. For performance, I often use Perfmatters and Super Cache. These are but a few of the plugins I use. If you prefer certain plugins, I work for you.
Can you maintain my WordPress website?

Webcare is one of my most popular services. Webcare provides WordPress website updates, security, backups, break fixing, and help for any aspect of your site’s functionality.

Many of my clients retain me for 3 to 5 hours each month to assure that their business investment is working correctly, and benefiting them to its fullest extent. Let's discuss your needs.

WordPress Consulting FAQ

Do you work with Agencies?

Yes! In fact, much of the work I do is for agencies on a white label basis, or for B2B clients. I work with several marketing, graphic design, and SEO agencies in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area.

I’m equally comfortable working from mockups or creating original designs.

If you are looking for help at your agency, I am happy to share a long list of successful WordPress websites from my portfolio. Contact me today.

Where are your clients located?
I am based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and primarily serve businesses and agencies throughout South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia. However, because I provide high-level, specialized WordPress engineering, I partner with clients across the United States—including Texas, Florida, and Utah—as well as international clients in Australia. I am fully equipped to manage projects and provide expert consulting for businesses in any location.
Do you do WooCommerce consulting?

Absolutely! Many of the sites I build have e-commerce components. Much of my work with WooCommerce is for subscription products and online stores.

Other ways I help clients include extending WooCommerce features, fixing broken stores, marketing automation, abandoned shopping carts, setting up payment gateways, product templates, and much more.

Do you offer WordPress optimization and performance tuning?

Absolutely. A website that is slow or prone to errors isn't just frustrating for users—it's a liability for your business. Whether I’m building a site from scratch or taking over an existing one, I focus on "under-the-hood" optimization to ensure your site is lean, stable, and highly responsive.

I provide deep-level performance tuning that cleans up messy code, optimizes resources, and ensures your site behaves correctly across all devices. This results in a better experience for your customers and a more professional presence in search results. My goal is to ensure your technical infrastructure never stands in the way of your business growth.

I also offer professional-grade WordPress hosting.

What are your hours?
While I try to stick to a schedule of 10 AM to 6 PM, the truth is I work when my clients need me. No one can predict that a website may crash at 9 PM on a Saturday! I will always do my best to help you regardless of the day or time.
Do you provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I focus on Technical and On-Page SEO—the foundational work that ensures your website is easily understood by search engines. This includes the strategic implementation of headings, meta descriptions, schema markup, and content refinement to align with your business goals.

While I do not offer ongoing "agency-style" content marketing or backlink services, I specialize in the technical side of SEO that agencies often miss.

I am highly experienced in partnering with SEO firms to handle the complex technical implementations required for high-level rankings. If you are working with an agency, I can serve as the bridge between their strategy and your site's code.

Let's discuss your requirements.

How do you get paid?

Invoices are sent via QuickBooks, and can be paid with major credit cards or a bank payment. I also accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.

How do you price WordPress Consulting?
